The ADR Commission of the ICC Poland acts in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
The primary mission of the Commission is to popularise the use of and to develop ADR methods, as well as to promote them as effective techniques for resolving business disputes across various sectors of the economy. This applies in particular to mediation and other procedures administered by the ICC International Centre for ADR, such as dispute boards, expertise and DOCDEX.

As part of its mission the Commission also initiates debates for the creation of best practices in the use of ADR and shapes new trends in the development of ADR - both in Poland, e.g. by inspiring legislative actions and in the world, e.g. by participating in the work of the ICC, including the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.

at the Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions
Conference, 23-24 May, Warsaw
This is the fifth time we can gather in Warsaw to discuss M&A arbitration issues. This is the last chance to register at Early Bird rate, which expires on April 15.
The 5th edition of the international conference "Dispute Resolution in M&A Transactions", which will be held on 23-24 May 2019 at the POLIN Conference Centre.
